Desigan joins us as Fixed Income Portfolio Manager after recently moving back to Cape Town from Canada where he worked at a bank for a year. He is an experienced investment professional with a Masters degree from UCT as well as being both a CFA and FRM charterholder. He has previously filled roles at Futuregrowth and Old Mutual where he was a Portfolio Manager and Dealer as well as a Risk Analyst respectively. He has also filled Analyst roles at both Absa Capital and Nedbank Capital before that. Desigan described himself as a dynamic investment professional with great enthusiasm for problem-solving and enhancing systems.
